Is there even a day for that?

It's Earth Week and this Thursday the world celebrates Earth Day. That's great, I'm all for bringing about awareness to improving the environment. I'm all for saving our planet. Because of course we must take care of this place God put us all in. And I enjoy the outdoors, I love our national parks and the experiences I've had in them through the years.  I recycle.  I'm all for going "green" I am. But if you ask me, now more than ever what is at peril is not so much the planet but humankind, as we face the extinction of our values. How can we recycle that. Shouldn't we maybe make it less about global warming and more about human warming? Tell me, is there even a "day" for that?

I say:  Save humankind. Recycle your love.
